The Parts4Pros team tried really hard to repair my LG OLED TV, but the panel itself was dead. They did offer me a few suggestions on contacting my credit card company and LG for potentially getting a replacement panel. Nice and friendly gentlemen, for sure!

Our 83" Sony OLED suddenly wouldn't power on. I was looking at thousands to replace it. Contacted Parts4Pros and the next day it was working for a small fraction of what a new one would have cost. They were fast, knowledgeable, and left only a perfectly working TV and a good impression.

Today I took my LG smart TV for repair to Parts4Pros and Shawn( I believe he is owner of shop) fixed my TV problem within 15 min. He was extremely professional and knows what it means as customer service . He even helped me to put TV back in my car. I think this the best place in Bay Area for any TV or computer repair if you are looking for best customer service and trusted advise for your TV. Thank you Shawn for excellent service.

I live in Dallas TX area and I purchased a part from them on Ebay to repair my smart TV. After I order the part they sent an email concerning repairing your TV, and explain that if you are having these issues the board you order will not fix your TV. My TV was having all the issues listed and I had purchased and replace the other two boards on the TV already. I told them I wanted to cancel the order and if there was an restocking fee it was worth the advice I received my total refund, this speaks to the integrity of this company. If I need any part I will check them first. Excellent Customer Service!!!!!!

Parts4Pros handled a warranty panel replacement through LG because of a dead pixel. They were very professional and communication was perfect. Had my panel replaced and working perfectly in under an hour. Will definitely be calling them if something goes wrong outside of warranty!

My LG TV was randomly turning itself off. I contacted Parts4Pro, explained my issue. The next day they did a home visit, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it right away by replacing the motherboard. Super nice and friendly crew, I would highly recommend this place.

I had read reviews that Parts4pros is very professional at fixing TVs. So I contacted them through eBay and explained to them what was wrong with my TV because it would not turn on. One of the technicians described to me what the problem was. He told me that the problem was the main board and so I purchased one from them through eBay and I got it in just a few days. After I got the board, I contacted them and they explained to me very thoroughly, step by step, to what to do and thanks to Parts4pros my TV is working again.

Called in the morning on a weekend due to my 5 year old Sony TV all of the sudden dying with no real reason. Tried all the troubleshooting and still wouldn't turn on. Called parts4pros and he offered to come to my house (for a small extra fee) to check it out and he brought the parts with him. He showed up about an hour later with another worker, they took my tv off the mount, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and put it back on the mount. All in all it looked like it hadn't even been touched and was totally fixed. Almost a month later, TV still working good!!

you know someone knows what they're doing when you call them with a vague description of a product that you need to repair, and they say back to you the exact model number before you have time to check for the model number. I haven't gone here for the repair yet, but that interaction alone tells me this place KNOWS what they're doing

After a few weeks of randomly turning itself off, my 9 year old Samsung plasma TV shut itself off for what I assumed was the last time, including a little "pop" from behind the TV. Ha! Did a little research and found that it was probably just the power supply board which had failed. Took the back off the TV and checked the fuses on the power board, and indeed, one of them was blown. Quickly discovered this shop on ebay and purchased their repair service. Sent the board to them, and ONE DAY after it was received by them, it was back on its way to me, carefully packaged and repaired! 63 bucks later, I have my TV back instead of having to spend thousands on a new OLED, which is really the only substitute for plasma when it comes to watching sports. A really great experience with a no-nonsense business. So glad I found parts4pros!
